Who is Covered by This Limited Warranty?

This limited warranty applies to Vendra Medical’s Portable Ultrasound Scanner (“Product”) and is valid only for purchases made directly through vendra-medical.com. It is intended solely for consumer use and does not cover products used in institutional or commercial environments.

Vendra Medical guarantees that during the 2-year warranty period, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used according to the operating instructions and user manuals provided. If a defect arises under normal use, Vendra Medical will repair or replace the defective part or unit at no charge.

The company reserves the right to modify the terms of this warranty at any time, but any changes will not affect previously purchased devices.

 

What Will Vendra Medical Do?

If a valid claim is submitted within the warranty period, Vendra Medical may, at its discretion:
(i) repair the device using new or refurbished parts;
(ii) replace the product with an equivalent unit; or
(iii) offer a refund for the original purchase price.

Any replacement device will carry the remaining time of the original warranty.

 

Warranty Period

All products purchased from vendra-medical.com are covered by a 2-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. A 30-day return window also applies from the date of delivery.

 

What’s Not Covered?

This warranty excludes coverage for:

 

    • Cosmetic wear and tear
    • Damage from improper use or failure to follow instructions
    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
    • Transport or storage-related damage
    • Liquid or environmental damage
    • Loss, theft, or natural disasters
    • Normal wear or aging

 

    • Issues caused by third-party components or accessories not provided by Vendra Medical

 

Vendra Medical makes no warranty or guarantee regarding third-party products, including those bundled with the device.

 

How to Request Service

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at info@vendra-medical.com. Claims must be submitted by the original purchaser. Our team may ask you to complete basic troubleshooting steps before proceeding.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vendra Medical shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, data loss, or replacement costs. In any case, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

This limitation does not apply to claims for personal injury, death, or cases where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
