Returns and Refund Policy

At Vendra Medical, we are committed to providing high-quality medical equipment. To ensure the clinical integrity and safety of the devices we supply, all returns are subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Return

Refunds and returns are only granted if the device is delivered in a damaged, incomplete (missing parts), or non-functional (DOA) state due to manufacturing or shipping errors. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind,” accidental orders, or buyer’s remorse.

2. The 7-Day Reporting Window

Any claims for damaged, incorrect, or non-functional products must be reported to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

  • Claims made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Once this period passes, the product is deemed accepted in good working condition.

3. Return Requirements

  • Condition: Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.

  • Delivery Refusal: Please do not refuse delivery at the door for an order you placed. If an order is refused without prior written authorization from us, you will be responsible for the total cost of shipping to deliver and return the freight.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of medical supplies, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Hygiene & Safety: Any product exposed to blood and/or other body fluids, or any item that could be potentially infectious or contagious after use (e.g., wound care, needles, surgical blades, cannulas, and thermometers).

  • Sterile Seals: Any item where the sterile seal has been broken or the internal packaging has been opened.

  • Special Handling: Items requiring refrigeration during transport or custom-manufactured items.

5. Fulfillment Mistakes

If we make a mistake and ship the incorrect product to you, please notify us within the 7-day window. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and the prompt shipment of the correct replacement at no additional cost to you.
